Storm Bloodlusted is Rogue storm and she beats Red tornado. Also Red Tornado can't even compete with Storm feat wise, under normal circumstance. Not to mention she can shut him down with an EMP.

Red Tornado can tear her in half with his winds like he did to Solomon Grundy before she finds out he can be defeated by EMP.

ha ha, yeah an EMP would be a really effective means of dealing with him, NOT. RT is an air elemental using an android as a host. Take out the host and your faced with the living embodiment of air housed inside that is a thousand times more powerful. As for feat wise that air elemental within RT has soloed the JLA about 4 times. That's soloed a team that included Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green lantern, Zatanna, Martian Manhunter, Firestorm and more. Please point out any feat of Storms that competes.

i'm going with storm in the end,i have seen red tornado in action and know about him,it would be best for her to not do hand to hand since he is stronger,her power over weather and just the things that ties to it is pretty good and she has resistance to the effects of the weather and its extreme temperatures and a strong will to boot.
