I'm not saying he would win but Red Skull was pretty bad ass in Red Zone. He used his tech to disable Iron Man's armor and was stalemating Black Panther until Falcon sent a group of birds in to assist T'Challa.

Batman would win...especially with the incentive of rescueing Tim.

Red Skull has shown flashes of H2H skills over the years but Batman is a proven top H2H fighter. He wins.

Id give this fight to Batman as the victor. Batman brings more to this fight then Red Skull does. A wide range of superior skill, 127 fighting styles, stealth, technology, a genius IQ. Don't get me wrong I know Red Skull has some abilities and did have a fighting match against the Kingpin in one Captian America comic. But Batman is beyond the Kingpin. So if Red Skull cant beat Kingpin no way in hell Skull beats Batman. Batman wins this fight

I say Batman 10/10 since morals are off. He can beat Red in H2H but his gadgets give him too much of an edge imo.
