Rules

• Iron Man and Gladiator are having a meeting when suddenly breaking news, Atrocitus is on live TV announcing to Earth that he and his Red Lanterns are here to enlist as many as possible to their corps - he threatens bloodshed if any do not surrender.
• Tony and Gladiator put together a team in the next 30 minutes to head down to an abdandoned Time Square in New York to stop the Lanterns.
• Pre 52 Red Lanterns
• Everyone is on Marvel team is in character but they understand the Red Lantern will not hesitate to kill them so at the same time they will do what they must to win if need be.
• Standard Gear for both sides
• Fight starts 200 feet from one another.

Edit: Gave Marvel team 2 more members because they were out numbered.

I'll always root for the Red Lanterns.

Marvel. Ghost Rider can potentially solo, no Red Lantern can take him out. Either Blaze or Ketch with his memories back.

She doesn't have the Rage to control or contain Red Lantern energy. Not to mention Red Lantern energy is magically based and has no limit. Not like they ever charge their rings on power batteries. Her just hitting them at light speed multiple times should probably do the trick though.

Does GR's Penance stare work on dead people?

Regardless, Spectrum/Pulsar/Photon/Choose-a-name-and-stick-with-it is OP and should solo. GR... Meh, a Hell Lord should solo. Penance Stare is also ridiculously OP. I don't see how any cosmic threat would ever be stupid enough to try to attack Earth...

Marvel team can win here, with Ghost Rider as MVP IMO.

Monica can pretty much solo and Magik can solo anyone she ports into Limbo.
