If the women use teamwork, they should come away with a fairly clear win. Supergirl and superman are both Kryptonian - assuming they're from the same universe, Supergirl shouldn't be much weaker than her cousin. Wonderwoman is weaker, but a much better fighter, and her hits can still do some damage. Therefore, together, they should eventually take out Supes in a long, long fight.
