Paladin, Scourge (Nuke), and Mister X.

I can see Red Hulk's Thunderbolts winning this.

Giving it to Punisher, Venom, and Elektra.

I don't say 'Team 1' because between the three of them, they'd figure out a way to kill Deadpool before turning on Team 2.

And Team 2 would afford them both the time, and help if necessary, to do so just so they don't have to deal with Deadpool's mouth during it all.

I say Team 1.  Mr X is the hold out but they can overwhelm him after the others are defeated.

Team 1. They have no answer for Flash venoming out.

Team 1 because they are all better fighters than Team 2 and since Deadpool has his superhuman abilities PLUS insane healing factor and they have Venom who could wreck Team 2 easily.

team 1 . if you want to have the team vs the team members directly below them : agent venom takes paladin ,deadpool cant nuke, eletra can take mr x (after fighting gorgon this will be easy ) and punisher has no challenge against headsman
