Ok but this is a new powered up cap

Old cap made green hulk cry just by 1 puch (thats before SI)

I known it's been some time but anyone think any differently about this?

I'd back Cap. He's had significantly good showings recently, Rulk has just jobbed, a lot.

It was in excalibur #14 but it wasn't mainstream hulk it was during the cross time caper a hulk from a different reality.

Ive seen Cap as a borderline cosmic level, he has really fluxuated a lot. Going one on one with a Hulk is defiantly not an easy feat though, I know its been said in this post already but with equipment I'd take Cap without Hulk is too big and strong for Britain to take down.

Ok then what if cap did have some equipment what would it be?

Making hulk cry was pis and terrible writing,,he started sucking his thumb and crying while alex jones yelled at him for hitting him since he has the brain of a child...so stupid,,but that said I still think with Excalibur he can pull this off
