Red Hood Jason Todd vs Arsenal Roy Harper.

Location abandoned gotham city on an alternate universe. 
 
Equipment: .  
Arsenal has his throwing knives. Dagger, Bow and fully stocked in trick arrows and two 9mm barettas and 2 billy clubs.                         
Todd has his knife 2 frags a smoke bomb flash bang grapple hook shurikens taser 2 c4 explosives two 9mm barettas and  mac 10 uzi and 2 swords. 
 
round 1. All out fight either knock out or death no bfr ( phantom zone trick arrow) 
 
round 2: Both run out of ranged weapons close quarters combat knives swords billy clubs only. 
 
round 3: H2H only

I made this fight a few weeks ago but why the hell not
 
Round 1, with this gear I would go with Arsenal, he's pushing Bullseye level accuracy and isn't a bad fighter.
 
Round 2,  Undecided, Jason with a knive or Roy with batons
 
Round 3, Jason, although Roy can do some damage with his prosthetic arrm.

and for my opinion in this fight  
 
round 1: Roy. as FinalStar pointed out roy is pushing bullseye level accuracy but with his trick arrow's he does have a long range edge over jason. 
 
round 2: Jason he has held his own against green arrow in a swordfight even though he ultimately failed. 
 
round 3: Jason With training from Bruce and after his resurrection he did recieve more training so i see this his edge.
