The teams are pretty balanced but Nightwing and robin have worked together before so

Team 1 because of Damien

Tim has shown capable of stomping Damien pretty quickly, whereas Nightwing and Jason will be going at it for quite awhile.

Team 1 wins because they can double team dick like two drunk blondes.

I seriously love the Red Robin outfit and hope they brink it back and give Tim a proper solo run.

Team 2.

I dont think Jason is equipped enough to handle Nightwing in this instance. He would need more firewpower cause Nightwing is too experienced.

Also, in such a terrain, stealth is a huge asset in which case, Damian has a big advantage because he was trained at birth by the League of Assassins.

Unfortunately, I don't see Tim's genius intellect having any advantage because of the terrain and the fact that he is facing one of his mentors.

You stated that it was both team begin visible to one another. So it really depends. If Jason has enough accuracy to shoot and kill or at least injure Damian (Assuming its not possible for him to kill nightwing at start), then Team 1 has a significantly better chance at winning but of course, Damian is a small target but Jason is a fairly strong marksman and equipped with a sub-machine gun.

So team 2 takes it 7.5/10
