It seems very few ppl have read the rules here.

Magic can warp both Reality and Magic while ordinary reality warpers can only warp 1D through 3D reality.

Mxy, is a perfect example... He can only warp 1D, 2D and 3D, but he can not warp 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 8D, 9D, 10D, 11D.....

In Marvel, Magic can warp up to the 16D.
