Well the title is self explanatory. So lets start out with zeus vs odin.
Who has the better ability to kill or wipe them out of existence?
Real mythical gods and goddesses vs other mythical gods/goddess

Greek gods are immortal. As in, cannot die. Period. Odin will never be able to kill Zeus, while Zeus could kill Odin.
I'm also not sure what Odin ever did that would make him so powerful. He killed Ymir, but gets killed later by Fenrir. He, Loki, and another god were also captured by some random character named Otter.
Scylla vs. Medusa would depend. Scylla certainly has enough power to kill Medusa, but if she looks Medusa in the face, she'll be turned to stone. Basically, whoever gets the first shot wins. They could both end up dead very easily.
IMO, the most powerful gods outside of Yahweh would be the Hindu trinity; Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. They do a lot of crazy stuff, like Shiva blowing up the entire universe on a regular basis. Each of them is also easily superior to pretty much all the older Vedic gods combined, and the Vedic gods tended to be roughly analogous to the Greek or Babylonian ones (Indra = Zeus at least seems like an appropriate comparison; although outside of Indra, I can't actually remember specifics of what any of them did).

"They don't do any crazy stuff, Brahma is useless, he does nothing, just sleeps in his egg. He is a creator, nothing more. Vishnu is not impressive either, he just symbolises the order. Now Shiva is the embodiment of the cycle, a la " nothing can be created without destroying and nothing can be destroyed without creating ".
@epicbeast3000: Yahweh or Stalemate
@epicbeast3000: Trinity
By feats, Yahweh has done nothing that can touch the higher tier Hindu gods.
Agreed they have some crazy stories and have done some crazy things.

@hyperviper97: OKay. I'll give you that. I don't know if he can beat Kali though.
@guardian_of_gravity: By feat. Yahweh is not even at the level of divine sages and some demi gods.
@asgardianbrony: Your god is real for you Our Trinity is real for us.True form of Trinity is Supreme Brahma Who is omnipotent,omniscience and omnipresent It's stalemate.
@asgardianbrony: Hinduism way complex than what are you thinking.
I didn't think about Yhaweh I was only think about Asgards,olympius egyptians.
As i said it's stalemate.
Hindu Trinity Stomps.
Nope. Yahweh wins, people forget that not only does the Bible say he is Omnipotent but that other theological writings are valid in argument as well, such as the writings of the eastern orthodox who emphasize God's omnipotence and nature of being absolutely beyond all things.
Also, my God is real, so... :D
@cable_extreme: Don't bring Religious war.

I didn't say anything, I just agreed with @asgardianbrony
@cable_extreme: Trinity is real for us Yhaweh real for you.

That statement is a good point.
