@Cosmic_Falcon: It depends on which Raiden lol. His comic book counterpart has near unlimited power in Outworld (where he's said to be weakened). So if this fight was on Earth, Raiden probably would be unlimited.
@Supreme Cosmic: Lol. I agree everything Raiden so-far have done in the games is worthless. I think his comic version could take it, though, unless Arizen and Espada are consider unlimited power beings.
