The only things i know of Raven are what I seen on TT. So I gonna go with the wack-job known as Wanda.
Is this Wanda when she was insane and with her reality altering powers or the "normal" one? Also is this when Raven turned evil.
In my opinion:Both at standard levels - RavenBoth at highest levels of power - HOM Wanda easily, she's simply much greater than Raven even when she was at her peak due to Trigon.
Even HoM Wanda is incompetent as hell. "No more mutants" depowered like 20 characters and left about 200 with their powers.Meanwhile, Raven smacking things with her soul self works about 100% of the time against people with Wanda's durability.
Think Wanda will be having another psychotic episode if its the current versions. but i agree, this battle needs to be more specific.
