From what I have seen, Hawkgirl isn't too impressive right now.

Earth 2 Hawkgirl's most impressive feat right now is blowing of Grundy's head with her laser crossbow, and Raven can presumably still use her soul self, which should be immune to Kendra's weapons.

A brawler versus a high-end magic user, basically. Hawkgirl is dead.
