Skill-wise, there is no question Ra's is superior to MK, at least when it comes to the use of swords.
 
No idea how he's supposed to inflict significant harm to Marc through the carbonadium, though.

Ra's has the skill edge, but Marc has his armor which Ra's can't get through.

Although I say MK takes it also without carbonadium
