Close one. Fisk has the edge in pure strength, but I'm giving the edge to Ra's. Being the fact how long he's been around.

Ra dealt with opponents who are much stronger than him for decades, he would have no problem overcoming Fisk's size advantage. Plus, he is much faster, more cunning and ruthless in a fight. Ra easy.

Kingpin 7/10. The guy puts up a fair fight against Spider-Man. And has occasionally exchanged blows meaning he's pretty frickin durable. And rad has a tough time with bats every now and then. The winner Seems pretty cut dry and clean. Not to say this won't be a good fight tho. It would definatly go down in the history books as a great battle

Fisk for a small majority. Fisk tends to focus on grapples and stuff, so aslong as he closes the distance, he should take Ra's. Good fight.
