Raoh is way more powerful than Bison, he doesn't need Muso Tensei he is faster, stronger, more durable, and just an outright better martial artist.

Bison wins this handily. Even more so depending if this is regular Bison or Psycho Drive Bison.

Bison reacts fine to supersonic foes anyway. The cincher is this TK, Flight, and Force Field. Even with pressure points added it be hard to by pass that force field.
