Rank the DBZ Villains by feats

So I was looking for a comprehensive ranking of DBZ Villains by feats alone. No power scaling here, just based on what we've seen.

Some rules:

• DB, DBZ, DBGT and DBS feats are all allowed.
• Characters are composite movie/anime/manga
• Feats stack and it's just one version of the character, meaning there is only one version of Frieza on the list, not different listings for different sagas.

So, what order do they fall in?

5.not sure but i think it could be vegeta he destroyed both a planet and a moon together

After that I believe its just who defeated the stronger opponent so

Buu blowing up a Galaxy is canon. It was in DBZ Kai which is used in flashbacks for DBS. Beerus isn't really a villain, so Buu is the villain with the most impressive feat.

It's the same old Buu feat from DBZ, destroying galaxy over time. It's not one shot by any means

Honestly, the feats shown by DGBT are significantly more underwhelming compared to those in Super or even the fusion Saga. But in terms of powerscaling, its a completely different story. Thus I will not include them in this ranking.

In terms of feats:

1. Beerus

He destroyed multiple planets with utter ease and was said to be able to destroy the entire universe if provoked enough. He was so powerful that at one point he was able to neutralise the overwhelming energy powerful enough to consume the universe, as shown in his fight against SSJG Goku. It is said that no one in the universe has pushed him to beyond 10% of his power in 75 million years. That speaks enough.

2. Buuhan

He can tear through dimensions with his vice scream, and said by Vegito that if he is left unchecked, he can destroy the entire universe (...?) and ripple multiple dimensions at once, all while shielding himself with his power.

3. Broly

He was able to destroy planets from galaxies with ease and cause disturbances felt by beings from the other end of the universe, which caused King Kai to alert Goku of the impeding threat.

4. Super Perfect Cell

His Solar Kamehameha was said to be able to wipe out an entire Solar System... nuff said.

5. Super Buu/Kid Buu

The Hyperbolic Time Chamber was said to be a completely separate dimension from the real world, and Super Buu's power enabled him to tear holes between dimensions. Also, he was able to exterminate nearly the entire of Earth's population with one blast. Kid Buu destroyed the Earth and has insane regenerative abilities, being able to last extremely long in combat without ever showing signs of fatigue. Kid Buu is the most unpredictable and dangerous form of Buu, though he is not the most powerful.

6. Frieza

Ironically, RoF Frieza, by feats is significantly more underwhelming compared to his original. After four months of training, his finger beam only destroyed the city rather than the entire Earth. Moreover, during his fight with SSJGSSJ Goku, his blasts, if they were so powerful, should have destroyed the Earth easily, but it only destroyed a small portion of a mountain. But original Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta, then sliced planet Namek with 50% of his power.

I can't find the clip, you'd have to watch the episode. I don't remember the number, but it was the one where Supreme Kai was explaining Buu's history to the Z-Fighters after they left the Tournament.

It's not a one shot but it's still destroying Galaxy in a short time which should still be at least Multi-Solar System level. It's the most impressive feat by a villain in DBZ.

1. Beerus: He can destroy more a universe, afterlife and god verse (three planes of existence). Not shake, destroy. Stop saying shake people, it's annoying. When planets, stars and asteroid belts are shown to be atomized, you're low balling by saying a universe was shook. You want to see stuff good shook go look at odin vs seth.

2. Freeza: Could match a SSJ God Goku in power and nearly beat him. Lowballing and peopels ignorance of ki condensing aside he beat a God.

3.Janemba- Reality warped hell and the afterlife which was destroying the universe.

4. Kidd buu- killed God's who created all life, planets and stars in the universe. And was feared second only to the god of destruction beerus. Magic capable of transmuting God's. Has a hi level and everlasting ki source. High level atomic regeneration.

5. Super perfect cell. Could easily one shot solor systems. Babadi ki measuring device states SSJ1 Goku, not powered up can destroy 15 planets. High level regeneration combined with zenkais makes him a beast. Plus instant transmission.

Garlick junior, immortal survived a black a hole

1. Beerus - Can destroy Caused universe-scattering shockwaves from casual punches

2. Kid Boo - Destroyed galaxies

3. Super Perfect Cell - Has enough energy to destroy an entire solar-system

4. Freeza - Can destroy an planet with just his finger

5. Vegeta - Him powering up caused an earthquake despite being in the air

6. Nappa - Destroyed an entire island with just two fingers

7. Babidi's hechmen - ???

Although I don't doubt that he could've, this is feats only.

@spector_rand: why Broly is to high in the list and Frieza to low??... Broly can be defeated by SSJ Goku ?? but Frieza is a match to SSJGSSJ Goku... that doesn't make sense. Can you explain me that please??

@gojira2512: As I said earlier, this is based on feats solely. I'm going to try debate with DBZ characters using feats alone and I'm trying to get a sense of where individuals fall.

@amendment50: I would put Cell above King Piccolo. He was casually taking out islands. King Piccolo took out a city with his strongest attack.

Here I'd like to exclude movies, power levels & scaling.

Villains only:

By pure feats alone:

1. Buu - kid buu destroyed many planets as a fun. Fat buu did the same, super buu broke dimensions with screams. He turned the strongest being in Z to a candy, absorbed everyone when needed (intelligence feat). He killed the most supreme gods.
2. Frieza : He destroyed so many planets. He destroyed saiyan planet, namek, earth, & many unknown ones. He crushed earth with his mere palm. He survived being cut in half (without regen) , a blast from angry SS Goku as half piece , a planet explosion, vaccuum & extreme cold in it. He ruled the entire universe.
3. Vegeta (filler) - destroyed planet
4. Cell - destroyed planet
5. Nappa - leveled a city
6. King piccolo - destroyed a city
7. Androids
