In this I will go through each of the items I have set Mordecai up with, and give you a runthrough of what they do.

Machete

"Sharp and cool looking, I like to keep this for close encounters"

Mordecai's custom machete, capable of hacking off limbs, he uses it whenever someone gets too close.

Bloodwing, his sniping eagle.

"Get 'em, Blood"

Bloodwing is an alien predatory bird that Mordecai obtained at a young age. Him and Bloodwing are incredibly close and loyal to each other, they don't question each other and would gladly lay down their own life for each other. Bloodwing has a special ability that allows him to adapt to whatever type of artifact Mordecai gives him. The Explosive Artifact allows Bloodwing to explode and reform upon contact with an enemy.

The Volcano Sniper Rifle!

"Pele demands a sacrifice"

This rifle is incredibly potent in the fact that it use incendiary ammo. It's fire is hot enough to melt flesh, and it is known to spread. As Sniper Rifles are Mordecai's specialty, he will use this rifle with wonderful proficiency and accuracy!

The Guardian!

"Hold your ground... Forever."

This support rifle regenerates ammunition. Basically he can hand this over to Taskmaster or who ever and they can go crazy.

The Aries Revolver!

"Your Life is Mine"

This revolver is unique in that it has electric and transfusion rounds. Essentially, each bullet will deliver a painful jolt of electricity and a rejuvenating trail of life back for Mordecai. Mordecai is also very skilled in revolvers. It's worth noting that Mordecai won a interplanetary accuracy contest meant for sniper with a revolver.

Sledge's Shotgun!

"The Legend Lives"

This custom made shotgun belonged to the Bandit Leader Sledge. Sledge was an insanely powerful mad man, his shotgun shoots two powerful bullets at once that is capable of turning human flesh into cheese.

Corrosive Longbow Grenade!

"Burning you to death, chemically, and from a distance!"

Now not only is this an acid grenade capable of melting people, it's a longbow grenade. Basically, Mordecai throws it in a certain direction, the grenade teleports and drenches the area in powerful acid.

The Atlas Omega Shield!

"The Alpha and that other thing"

An incredibly durable electric forcefield shield that is resistant to electricity, recharges incredibly fast and has overcharging capacities.

Mordecai is one of the original leaders of the Crimson Raiders. He is famous for his survival skills and his scouting abilities. Mordecai has been able to plan and execute raids on high priority Hyperion conveys by himself, and consider it nothing. Mordecai has fought it all, raiders, zombies, robots, war lords, invincible monsters from different dimensions, irradiated super animals, aliens, name it, he's probably killed it.

Mordecai is known to have adapted to the anarchy and terrifying environment of Pandora quickly. It's in these areas of chaos and madness that Mordecai is most at home. Mordecai wants one thing in life, loot and guns. What he figures life owes him. Once he sees you guys are bad, and have guns he wants, he'll take 'em.

Mordecai's skills have allowed him to best Pandora's finest. He's defeated wild beasts, zombies, bandits that rule over towns, tyrannic military forces, to name a few. Mordecai's rage knows no limit if Bloodwing is put in harms way.

Skip to 56:01. This is what happens after Jack kills Bloodwing.. Note that each of those bots are heavy loaders. He one shots even the badasses. These are what Jack used to take over the world, and Mordecai crushes them.

Mordecai, along with his team, crushed The Destroyer. A interdimensional monster that destroyed a whole civilization that makes the advance future that Mordecai lives in look primitive.

Mordecai was considered a big enough threat to Atlas Corp. that they put a million dollar bounty on his head, they also put another million for Bloodwing, showing how big of a threat he is.

He was considered a key member of the Crimison Lance, one that Jack hunted after constantly, and was their biggest scout.

Mordecai has been stated to go out for weeks alone on the Arctic Tundra for scouting missions, showing his survival skills.

He won Mad Moxxi's Under Dome. Which was a giant gladiator style battle royal, where hundreds fought each other, and waves of enemies to earn Moxxi's hand in marriage and lots of loot.

As said before he won a Interplanetary Sniping Competition with a revolver.
