if flagg has merlyns rainbow spheres, than its possible that he can temporarily defeat IT....but eventhough i prefer flagg, pennywise has the edge as he can consume him with the deadlights.....although i doubt the crimson king would want flagg to fight pennywise, as he probably serves a sort of purpose or dopplegangers of eachother
I hate A,B,C logic but I am going to use it here. The Crimson King is the high evil of the Stepen King universes, It is either the same creature or type of creature that the Crimson King is, Flagg is a servent of the Crimson King because he knows he is so much more powerfull than himself. So with that logic It should be as powerful as the Crimson King and should be able to defeat Randal Flagg.
