They all start at each end of a amusement park.
All are armed with a machine gun of there choosing and a pistol.

I see it going like this

1st-Punisher

2nd-Tie, between Rambo (I haven't seen his movies but I've been told he's done some very impressive stuff?) and Bond (who has demonstrated numerous times his lethal skill in hand-to-hand and weapons-based combat)

3rd-Bourne

After first, it's quite close, but unless they team-up I don't seem Frank losing.

Frank's got nothing on Rambo. Rambo took a whole town under seige, and is concidered one of the best trained soldiers ever. plus he can take a beating and keep coming back. Torture, explosive debris and crashing into trees from broken parrashutes bearly slow him down at all. Rambo wins this. plus he's an expert with these weapons.
