MCU Cap cannot be knocked out by humans, at all so unless Rama is really good with a knife...like better than a guy with a bionic arm that's more powerful the Cap good, then he's screwed.

MCU has a lot of unestablished fighters, whereas Marvel Comics do. So MCU Cap isn't as good as comic Cap by feats.
