Oliver in both a fist fight and obviously at range.

Standard Gear it's just a stomp for Arrow... he just as way too many weapons and Rama has very few reaction feats to say he could dodge, much less catch, a 300+ mph arrow.

In pure hand to hand, Arrow wins through damage soak.

Rama would get in a dozen more hits in, but Arrow beat a world champion boxer wearing knuckle dusters and took hits from Solomon Grundy and kept going.

Oliver wins at range. Rama wins in a H2H contest. Annnnnnd none of the people who have commented above me have seen The Raid 2 based on their ridiculous assessments of how they think a H2H contest would favor Oliver.

Arrow because of gear. Even h2h he has too much damage soak, rama will win if he's allowed to use things around him as weapons.

That was such a bad attempt at recreating the scene from the Raid. Rama Stomps in H2H

Oliver is much more skilled. I see Rama struggling when he needs to clear a room full of fodder. Arrow did it like nothing throughout the first two seasons and by season 4 he's even better. With a bow and arrow he could take 10 Ramas.

@nickzambuto: Well to be fair the fodder Rama fights have continued fighting after being shot iirc. I do think Oliver wins though.
