Rama (The Raid) VS Batman (Nolanverse)

Setup 1: Rama and Bruce are secretly pared up against each other by Ras to fight hand to hand in a dojo. No weapons allowed. In character for both. Morals on (no killing for Rama)

Setup up 2 : Rama comes to Gotham alone in attempt to infiltrate Bane's gang, and while in a meeting Batman busts in and takes out the lot of them leaving only him and Rama to fight. Batman has his standard (movie) gear, and Rama has the Crescent blade's from Raid 2. The Room is large. In character for both, but Morals are off for Rama

Rama takes round 1, he probably takes round 2 as well, but a lot closer battle

Round 1 is Rama. Round 2, Batman's gear is gonna make things tough, but Rama is fast with a lot of durability. If he manages to penetrate his suit a few times (which I believe he can), I think he takes it.
