Who Wins?
Raiden VS Green Lantern
it's in the comic book character vs the video game character.... then Green Lantern Hal Jordan wins here easily.
@torniedo: I'll bite. How? Lantern has planet sized constructs while Raiden has one high end feat of doing lots of damage to the planet over time in war. Plus he's been defeated be hordes of demons some street levelers could take on.

Ok, please explain me how could Hal possibly kill Raiden. Raiden is a god. He doesn't die unless by a decree from the Elder Gods, like in the movie (first one). His reincarnations as a mortal dies, true, but Raiden is an immortal Thunder God. He does not die
Hal stomp.
@torniedo: By crushing him with a planet busting construct. Sure, he might come back, but the battle would have been won.
Now how is Raiden doing shizz to Hal?

Now how is Raiden doing shizz to Hal?
Raiden creates a massive lightning storm and creates an enormous EMP blast that makes Hal beg for his life, then proceeds to perform his electrocution fatality on him.
@torniedo: Hal shrugged off a nuke. Raiden's attacks are building busting at best. He'd laugh them off, then casually kill Raiden with a construct.

*heavily implied facepalm
@torniedo: Welcome back, MKgod
Do you know what else is hard?

The Elder Gods (who are omnipotent deities) didn't approve of Raiden's use of blood Magik and nailed him with a cosmic blast destroying the roof of the Sky Temple while Raiden Tanks it and sends Fujin (an immortal Wind God) flying across the room, putting a massive hold through him then Raiden heals him in seconds flat...Fujin notices his arm is hurt but Raiden says it's punishment for invoking the Elder Gods with blood magic.
Here're the scans:
I don't care how powerful Hal is, but he certainly doesn't have more firepower than omnipotent deities who could annihilate the entire DC-verse with a thought. Raiden tanked a blast from said deities and was able to stand up unharmed.
Raiden would mercilessly rapestomp the Green Lantern with a blink of an eye
I can't see Raiden taking this, but they did have enough stats to try to put him against Thor (in the death battle)
