Haven't seen Raiden's DC surpass nuke level so... Luke wins.
Luke tanked a nuke?
@leo-343: Whoa ! Upgrade.
Luke, but this is the first even MK battle I've seen in a while.
However if X-rays are allowed Raiden may take it via Speed Blitz

Luke Cage has caught a bullet twice. Raiden won't be speed-blitzing.

In Raiden's X-ray he travels to the stratosphere and back in around 5 second

Thats much, much faster than a bullet, once again this is probably one the most decent Mk fights I've seen so far.
Props to @life_without_progress most MK vs Comics are mismatches, yours seem fair so far

I'm aware.

Because lightning < bullets?

Obviously not. I just don't think I recall him travelling in the form of lightning.
@monsterstomp: Because Brian Michael Bendis
How does Luke tank a nuke but gets dropped by nerve strikes?
Well comics in general have made it clear there is a difference between nerve strikes and other attacks. Mantis dropped thor with nerve strikes, Midnighter drops everyone with nerve strikes, wolverine dropped kid gladiator with nerve strikes, and if you count it batman has dropped wonder woman with a nerve strike (all though that fight was PIS IIRC). It doesn't make sense but it is what it is.
Plus the nuke feat isn't really consistent, and Luke did die shortly after I believe.

Oh well if that's the case, I don't see why it should be mentioned.
@monsterstomp: Well he did survive long enough to deliver a message to the avengers. I would say even when you consider that its still pretty crazy for a street leveller. All though I agree it probably shouldn't be brought up.
@jashro44: Ah well, as always, thanks for the information.
@monsterstomp: No problem.

Radiation that killed him, not the force of the nuke.
@thenaughtytitan: As I said its not really consistent.
Yeah, it doesn't really seem right. Tanks hundreds of thousands of tons in force, quadruple that in scorching temperatures. I'm hesitant on accepting that. But if it is what it is, it is what it is.
