Raiden easy way better physically plus he cuts people in half on a daily but akame will kill if she even gets a scratch however it's her Teigu and not her skills so Raiden wins.

akame is mastered in using katana, her katana has feat, if her katana slashed opponent, the oison will spread through opponents body and kill them instantly. Her sword is Murasame one slash, she's bullet timer, she can dodge bullet quite ease
