@*Infinity*: well magneto has been shown to use his powers in a greater range/scope than of radiation man, magneto has also over the years mastered his ability to utilize his powers for variety of purposes, there isn't anything that radiation man can do to hurt magneto but magneto does have multiple ways of ending this fight quickly if he wants to, the most sickening way is to just control his iron ofc

i ain't too sure, i know he can produce electromagnetic radiation via electromagnetic force but controlling this would be another matter i would assume, meaning he can control how much radiation he produces but i ain't too sure if indeed the actual radiation can be controlled by him

I'd think Magneto would have the wisdom to not even attempt something like that. His magnetic powers grant him the ability to tap into the electromagnetic spectrum to allow him to manipulate EM radiation, this is true. But that facet is a sub-set of his powers, a branch ability (for example, someone who manipulates wind may be able to limitedly manipulate electricity via wind friction, but this is an extension of a main ability, thus not as powerful). For his to attempt to outmatch Radioactive Man in his own game, who'd in comparison be considered an elite specialist in the field, in radiation manipulation would be suicidal on Magneto's part - especially when he has much more efficient ways of beating him.
