Radioactive Man has been in China helping to train young mutants and super humans in the usage of their powers. He is called for help when Apocalypse appears out of nowhere and beings picking the students off one by one, in his usual whoever lives becomes my new Horseman type trial. Chen loses it when he sees one of his youngest students slaughtered, and decides to end Apocalypse's life.
The two start off 200yds apart in front of the Canton Tower. No morals for either, win by death, no bfr.
From what I understand, Chen's best feat is fighting and losing to Thor. Apocalypse is the kind of guy to team busts the X-Men without even putting any effort into it. He also has the ability to give himself any superpower he wants. Immunity to radiation would be a simple power to give himself, but it would go a long way in a fight like this.
@altpower: He also has a lot of showings against people like Iron man, Thor, Titanium man, Crimson Dynamo and Avengers etc I don't think anyone would seriously call Radioactive man a street leveler.
That's like 5 low showings for Apocalypse...I'm sure he's got more decent showings than that like his showings against Thor or the X-men and don't think its fair to say he's bad based on that. Guys like Iron man, Absorbing man and Spider-man who you listed probably have more low showings.
