Captain Britain is not the same as Captain America. He has no skill feats to his name and is essentially a bruiser.

Round one: Storm wins, her H2H combat is at a much higher level then RS, not down playing RS skill. I like to think all X-men have a pretty high level of H2H as part of their every day life. But Storm is just better skilled over all!
Round Two: Rachel wins hands down, once she lets rip and she will it's all over.

I miss those "dedicated" fans...their determination of conviction sometimes would convince me that Storm actually has a chance in some fights which I thought were a done deal......
