Race only: Quicksilver or Sonic

in a race around the world, who do you think would win, marvels quicksilver or sonic?

what versions? ultimate QS is supposed to be faster than 616 and Sonic has his game version and his Archie comics version and etc....

Can quicksilver run on water? I don't recall seeing him do so but I'm sure he has, just asking. I know sonic can.
