Rorschach's durability is more than enough to wear down Ra's. Besides the fighting style in the Nolanverse is so slow compared to others, Rorschach is faster and seemed more agile.

Easily Ra's. Rorschach will die very quickly against Ra's sword. Hand to hand, Rorschach will have little chance against someone who went up against Batman, even if it's Nolan Bats. Ra's al Ghul 9/10.
