His vastly superior skill, level headedness and hundreds of years more experience will grant him the victory. That and hes not in bad shape for a guy his age, so he'll physically be able to keep up.

Although, that handstand on one finger, she's lifting her entire weight. That's over 100lb. Alright, I'm going to go with Harley. I don't think it'll be easy.

Beheading a megalodon underwater is much more impressive than that. As is knocking out Killer Croc with a bowling ball.
@joygirl I would grow several more eyes just to blink even more if Captain America lifted himself on one finger. And should she? There isn't enough muscle on her to match C. America, so I don't see why she should be so much stronger that she could lift 140lb onto one finger.
@cr4psnip3r: Because she's superhuman. The amount of muscle she has is irrelevant, the same way Superman should not be able to push planets with the amount of muscles he has.
@cr4psnip3r: It's not Superman or Wonder Woman level. It is, however, stronger than she can possibly realistically be at her body weight/density. Therefore, logic does not apply to the things she can do.

Hell if some how Joker could beat people to death with rocks and boss other villains around in Salvation Run I could see Harley stabbing Ra's to death with those stilettos.
That just sounds more fun to me when the underdog wins especially when their entertaining.

Plus with the prep @joygirl I could see her dropping the ditzy act bringing her intelligence as a Doctor to bare.

- If the battle takes place in Gotham then anybody could interfere. I see Joker stepping in taking him hostage and making Ra's with could just die.
-I could see Poison Ivy helping and augmenting of her weapons after finding some organically derived compound to offset Ra's advantage.
- I have a character who uses a large hammer. Completely slipped my mind Harley packs one too. I'd love to Her splatter Ra's brains right on Sprang Street between Aparo Lane and Finger Avenue for the pictures to make front page of the Gazette..
My character does it to Hercules:

Being half-god and half-mortal, Hercules’ god ability was worthless against the giant warrior but his human mortality couldn't even attack her without inflicting self injury. The spirit of Greece was crushed on that day with the same hammer which at that point broke Hercules’ back and then flattened his skull. This caused Adonna to bellow that much more at their expense and then proceeded to loot the defenseless town."

@joygirl I put enhanced after peak too, but I put it behind Super. I just think it makes you stronger than you should be, but not crazy unrealistic (For example; Superman). I still think, in my head, that the peak of a 6'2, 240lb male super soldier is going to be equal to, or greater than the enhanced strength of a 5'7, 140lb female acrobat. I guess I have to re-evaluate my idea of enhanced.
Anyway it's just corny when people go for a safe obvious winner so to seem cool and agree with others.

@joygirl you should write a fan fic story where Harley and Ra's go at it. Cause nobody in these forums has the imagination. I've said a hundred times. All the fan worship on here nobody can imagine what a character can do even if they know everything they have done.

@joygirl Harley just playin around and Bats not being able to touch her! If Batman has trouble touching her, what makes people here think Ra's can as well? (Batman did get a couple hits in this issue, but only smashing her into glass and using his batarang).
@batmannflash: Freaking loved it, read them both. She diagnosed him to a tee and all of her notes were scribbles -- Harley is way smarter than she gets credit for.
