I guess she shoots him since we really haven't seen him deal with bullets. Yes, I know logically he is faster than Ollie, but still. It would be nice to see some actual avoidance feats in a tie in comic or something.

Yes, I realize by DBZ power scaling logic he should stomp her, but I don't think we should be letting characters do that for everything.

I don't even think applies here. As ive said on multiple battles, Ra's beat Ollie after he scaled a mountain, in the freezing cold for 2 days. On top of that Ollie had to use a sword, to which he admitted he essentially had no training with, in what was basically a controlled battle. Other than that Ra's has feats against his own fodder.

Melee combat, I'd say Ra's wins.

If it's the normal setup of battles, he does not win. :p

@tomofukuoka: Thats all good and well, but Dark Knight Ra's, and Comic Ra's have nothing to do with this battle. This is just CW Ra's.

And as i said, he fought a guy with little to no skill with a sword. In a real standard gear battle Ollie beats Ra's too.

I fail to see how beating someone who is: less than 100%, is restricted from using his best and preferred weapon, and forced to use a foreign weapon that they have no training with as a feat.

Black Widow would just shoot him.

I agree with everyone else, Arrow Ra's is weak as. He can only beat those with no powers, and they have to be of a certain skill.

@miraclecomeback: I'm not saying Ra's wouldn't put up a good fight, and in no way in hell am I saying that widow "one-shots" him either. Everyone on these damned battle forums says one guy one-shots another guy in every one of them. But yes, Nat would win.

@miraclecomeback: Dude...Arrow is wanked just as much or significantly more than the MCU. Just look at any Oliver vs an MCU super soldier thread...and people arguing for Oliver winning. Just awful.

As for the battle, I agree. Ra's stomps her ass. He's like twice her size, weight and not to mention so much faster.

Yeah, I think Ra's is getting a little lowballed here.

@miraclecomeback: So based on that one scene, you have Ra's evading all of widows gun shots and, gets in before she can see him and punches her in the neck. Mind you, even when he did that to Oliver it wasn't instant death. She still has more time to shoot him, so Ra's is also going to dodge her last ditch effort to shoot him?

@sachmoo: They're on lian-u, not a big open field. There's cover everywhere and Ras can easily evade her fire with his speed, then sneak up on her and gut her.

Natasha tangles with highly dangerous enemies on a regular basis, stomping elite HYDRA goons. While Ra's sits in his immortality spa waiting for something to happen.

She's at least as powerful as Oliver at the end of season 3, and he ended up killing Ra's.

Widow got this. Her h2h skills and gear usage is way better. She was winning in an h2h with crossbones. She was keeping up with winter soldier. She was going all parkour with the skrulls in avengers. Her reaction timing is great. She was standing with people as strong as hulk, thor and iron man showcasing her importance. She almost outran hulk who is faster than anyone in arrow. This goes to BW
