@rd1027: You want to go first? It doesn't matter, I will still destroy you
Someone's confident
But looking back... this seems like the worst possible matchup for rd1027... TP won't work and Ultron's durability is impressive... but Rachel does have a few tricks up her sleeve.
Yeah this is looking rough for me, my team's sorta one sided but I'll see what I can do, I'll have a post up in a hour or so, really relying on my knowledge of Nate here.....

read up on Rachel. That's the best advice I can give you
I have been given one minute of prep time, great that's all I need.
Nate will make a set of PSI armor for each member on my team.
Strong enough to hurt the Hulk with his PSI Armor, also takes a physical squeeze from Thanos.
Jean will create TK shields for every single member in addition for more protection, I think you'll find it hard to even touch my team after this.
Very impressive feat of her TK shield withstanding a White Hole, and the pressure of hyperspace.
Add Cable's defenses.....
If that's not enough to convince you, add Rachael's TK defense for good measure.....
Block's Thor's Hammer and puts him on his butt.
This again will take but an instant, all my characters have incredibly fast minds. Now the actual MVP of my team for this particular battle is someone you will never expect, Havok. Lemme give you a little taste of what he can really do.
That's just a little taste of what's to come.....
Blasts so strong that the ground around him turns to glass.....
Now, here he fights a very amped Cap, I'll just let this speak for itself (also a feat for Jean's TK shields).....
But of course you'd say that Ultron is all Adamantium and can't be hurt, guess what, Havok has melted Adamantium before.....
That is it for now, I'll give you a chance show your hand now, I doubt anything that Ultron can overcome 4 levels of vast psionic shields from 4 of the strongest TK's in the Marvel Universe. Also interested to see how you deal with Havok's blasts, which have clearly been shown to punch through Adamantium......
btw.. just so you know... there is a new rule (it's actually not new.. but it have never been enforced before) in vine, that you can't post more than 3 full page scans of a single issue of comics in one thread...
@thenewbluebeetle007: Well I mean people like Black Adam, Agent Orange, Sinestro, ect.... Are allowed, just saying. Its too late in any case now, and yeah I realized that I posted twice too late.
@ssj_god yeah he's so impressive, I did my research into him and was shocked as to what I found. And that's not all of the high end feats he has either, I'm going to read more of him for sure. I thought he's pretty worthless but he's actually proving to be one of the most valuable members on my team.

@jbourne_32: because Vulcan would make the team too powerful for this tournament
Id say he's a upper tier energy manipulator probably on par with hal jordan.
Yeah ideally I'd like Vulcan as well, especially since I'm going up against people like Agent Orange, composite Adam Warlock, Surfer, etc.....
What?
Yeah, you should look at the other teams in the tourney. some teams have some damn op members. I feel like I got shafted but oh well, I'll make do with what I've got.
@rd1027: Not ready to die? Too bad! Tremble before the might of
Ultron
Behold and Kneel Before the Mighty Ultron!
To sum up his abilities real quickly
Encephalo-ray: which plunges its victims into a death-like coma, allowing Ultron to mesmerize and manipulate the minds of his victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time.
Concussive blasters
Radiation emitters
Durability: Ultron's outer shell is usually composed of Adamantium, rendering it almost impervious to damage. However, his internal mechanisms are generally less durable and more easily damaged. Ultron's Adamantium forms have proven vulnerable to molecular rearrangement devices and the metal-destabilizing ore, known as Vibranium ("anti-metal").
Teleportation: Was able to leave immediately after being reawakened by one of the incarnations of the Cabal
Energy absorption abilities
Hive-mind Technology: All Ultrons incorporate a "program transmitter" which can beam part or all of Ultron's programming into remote locations such as computers or alternate robotic bodies. Ultron can often control other machines remotely even if he has not transplanted his consciousness into them. One recent Ultron model developed the ability to animate and control hundreds of alternate Ultron bodies at the same time.
Molecular Rearangement: Has shown the capability to convert his body into pure ionic energy
Ultron is one of the most powerful and versatile characters in existence. Unfortunately for you, there is no way you can survive this.
I also have 30 minutes prep. During this time, Ultron will proceed to release the Phalanx Virus, and turn himself into a giant version of himself, as he's done when fighting the GotG.
To sum up pretty much how this fight will go down
Now if you're thinking, "Sure that happened to those chumps but my team is wayyyy better" take a close look. Some of those attacking include
Miss Marvel
Silver Surfer
What appears to be Captain Marvel, or Genis-Vell
Photon
3 different Quasars
Kang the Conqueror with prep
Hercules
Vision
Moondragon
Dr. Doom with prep
Cyclops
Long story short, your trying to hit out of your league here, but just to end this quickly, I'll refute your posts.
Nate will make a set of PSI armor for each member on my team.
There's a problem with this. In the scans you've shown, he was able to make it for himself, not for your whole team, which would require him to focus on protecting your team, when it wouldn't do any good if Ultron releases the previously shown blast.
You sure that Jean doesn't have the PF in this image? Because she's at least calling herself Phoenix. I know I'm probably wrong on this, but is there evidence suggesting this is not Phoenix Jean?
But of course you'd say that Ultron is all Adamantium and can't be hurt, guess what, Havok has melted Adamantium before.....
He actually says "Adamantium or something" which means there is no conclusive proof of it being adamantium.
Other than this, Rachel block Mjiolnir is cute, Ultron took a full on two handed swing from Thor, and didn't budge an inch.
That is it for now, I'll give you a chance show your hand now, I doubt anything that Ultron can overcome 4 levels of vast psionic shields from 4 of the strongest TK's in the Marvel Universe. For overcoming the shield, see aforementioned blast. For tanking Havok's blast, see aforementioned tanking of blast.
Summing it Up
Ultron's right, you don't possess any way to significantly harm me, while I most definitely can harm you. Game. Set. Match
@jacthripper: I will wait until you change your strategy but just saying, you're dealing with the best telepaths in the tourney, mind controlling all of them would not be a challenge.

Not really, its a techno virus, it turns them into machines.

Its a moot point, Im not going to waste my time in arguing this, I'll wait for your next post and then I'll address it.

First off let me address the whole Nate's Armor thing. He can make it for others as well, this is during my prep time meaning that Ultron will not have a single chance to hurt my team beforehand, and that my team will come into the battle with multiple layers of protection, nice try though.
His PSI armor is so strong that it can hurt Thanos, I'd like to see Ultron get past that, also clearly gives my team a speed boost.
About the Jean feat, Jean looks significantly different when possessed by the Phoenix force. For one, he eyes become whited out, that's her standard look, but I have already provided another feat of her tk shield shielding from Havok's blasts, a white hole, want more if you're not convinced? Also, she's often just called "phoenix", that does not mean that the phoenix force is possessing her, example below, so no she was not possessed by the Phoenix force during that feat and it still stands (funnily enough, also a feat for her TK, moving tons of snow without any effort.
Her tanking blasts from Binary if you are not convinced.
He actually says "Adamantium or something" which means there is no conclusive proof of it being adamantium.
What? That makes no sense at all and you're trying to discredit a perfectly valid feat. Just because he says "or something" that does not mean that its Adamantium.
For overcoming the shield, see aforementioned blast. For tanking Havok's blast, see aforementioned tanking of blast.
So far all you have proven to me is that you have very limited knowledge about my characters. I'm coming into the battle with my shields up (because of my prep time). Four levels of insanely powerful telekinetic shields that you have no proof of breaking. Come back with some scans of Ultron's blasts because right now, you can not break through my four layers of shields. Also see no counter to Havok's blasts. I'll give you another shot at this because right now you don't have an answer for my prep.
