If blitzing is an option, team will know with their haki, then they'll be far up in the air. Also, Law can just give Quicksilvers body to Sanji. Sanji uses haki (Technique) and other techniques, so Quicksilver can't imitate. He's left with a strong body.

The pipe obviously but as for the sword, I'm assuming you mean it would only shatter if they use armament haki?
@longman: Well off the top of my head, Pietro has outran Human Torch's flight (the latter of which is capable of atmospheric exit level speeds), he's outright stated he can outspeed lightning, and he's ran from Tibet to Indonesia in a second or two which would require at least mach speed in the thousands range assuming he ran in a straight line. If he really exerts himself, Pietro should be able to run circles around these two.
@khael: That doesn't make him a jobber, he's the weakest of the monster Trio but he's had the misfortune of fighting overpowered enemies since the time-skip. But Doflamingo still complimented him on his strength.
Jobbing means losing to people you should beat... Which Sanji has never done.
We really should put that in the Battle's Bible if it isn't already there.
