My memory might be a bit fuzzy, but I do believe that happened. I wanna know why people put Quicksilver against actual speedsters. 'Tis ridiculous.

Probably. A Marvel speedster is completely different than a DC speedster, and even compared to Marvel speedsters, he's not that fast. I don't know, some people are just.....dumb.
