No, QS is too fast, i remember seeing a comic of him easily outmaneuvering Peter. Don't have the scans though, maybe someone can pass em your way.

Original fight (classic versions), ended with Peter winning and QS saying he couldnt defeat Spidey physically. But alots changed since then. Pete can play it smart and win or QS can not job and actually take a win

Somethings telling me Peter has the reaction speed to time QS and KO him, or set up some kind of web clothesline to knock him down and tie him up.

I'd give the win to Quicksilver. But I'd really like some confirmation though, because I'm not so sure myself.

I can see QS tagging Peter then Peter webbing QS and KO him, if this was a normal-day-interesting-comic-fight

Well I think Peter does have the reflexes to dodge Pietro until he gets tired enough for him to get in a punch or web ball or something, but it would take a miracle for him to get tired

Spider-man takes this. He has dodged automatic bullets, and doesn't QS move somewhere around 3000 mph? OR something? Plus if spider-man his QS once, most likely he's done. Spidy's a 15-20 tonner.

I'd be surprised of Pietro can even knock out Spider-Man.

Spidey can take it if he can tank QS blows because Spider man only needs to land a good shot and I think he can KO.

No. Pietro's ran around half the planet in 92 seconds. He's well over 3000 mph. He was stated to run mach 5 in AvX when he attacked Magneto, and I believe mach 5 is somewhere in 3700-3800.

@beam3000: Spider-Man has already tanked QS's blows. I'd actually be more surprised if Pietro does knock him before getting KO'd.

How does Quicksilver fell about taking a life? He could just pick up a pipe, knife or whatever sharp object and stab/impale Spider-man in the heart or brain.

But knowing QS he'll probably mess around and KO himself.

@juiceboks: Pietro and Aurora or do you mean Northstar and Aurora? Because those two are brother and sister. I'm not sure what Pietro would be doing with her.

@god_spawn I'm fairly certain it was Pietro and Aurora. It took place during Infinity Crusade IIRC.

@juiceboks: I'd have to check Infinity Crusade over again then, but I don't remember it being Pietro, nor would it really make sense since both Northstar and Aurora were both members of Alpha Flight, and it was also the period that they still needed each other to maintain their higher speeds. I wouldn't be surprised if they could knock Tony for a loop, though. Northstar alone back in the day could stagger the Hulk a bit. Pietro hits like a b*tch, despite his superspeed.

@wyldsong: I think it is something a lot of people overlook. Pietro doesn't hit hard to begin with and is extremely cocky which doesn't help. It's cost him a lot of fights that he should have won. He can throw a lot of punches quickly, but it seems like they just have a normal damage out put no matter how fast he is going. We've seen he could throw a dozen punches on Parker before he could register the pain, but Spider-Man's durability and own speed ended up allowing him to take out QS. QS was throwing a bunch of punches to Cyclops but Scott was taking them and ended up getting off a blast to beat him. And more recently, he didn't knock Mr. X despite multiple hits with a piece of metal. Pietro hit Magneto going mach 5 and all it did was knock Magneto over. The next thing you know, Quicksilver is on the ground unconscious after Dr. Nemesis shot him with tranquilizer darts. It's like no matter how fast he goes, his punches are normal upon impact. It doesn't make much sense given his powerset, but it's just how he has been.

@god_spawn Well, Aurora wasn't the only member of Alpha Flight to get pulled onto Paradise Omega. Actually..I think they were all there at one point or another. The altercation I'm referring to happened in #5 IIRC and I do believe Northstar was present in that issue so that could explain it. Yea you'd think someone as fast Pietro would be able to consistently K.O someone in Spider-Man's league with enough punches..but it is what it is I suppose.

@god_spawn: I definitely agree. Spidey has tanked hits from people who are far more capable of destruction on levels that Pietro could only ever dream of. He doesn't come with a nifty speedforce aura like Flash which allows him to dish out damage to Superman level foes. Heck, a mach 5 punch from someone who deals basic human level damage without any real good durability probably should have shattered every bone in his wrist/arm/etc on impact, but his showings allow him to keep his bones intact, and still not be able to lay out Cyclops or Magneto.

Speed is good and all, but without the damage output to back it, is really neither here nor there against a durable foe.

@wyldsong: Agreed. I have no doubt he can hurt Peter and knock him around, but more often than not, Peter is going to get that one shot he really needs to take him.

@god_spawn: Pretty much how it will go: Pietro will get some good shots in, and then Pete will get the shot that counts.
