I'm going with Max Mercury.He seems to be way faster than Quicksilver and neither is a really good fighter so in that department..I don't know what to make of it.Quicksilver seems to be the better decision maker in combat but if he can't keep up with Max..he's going to have to think faster.

Max isn't just fast. He's quick.
Remember when Silver Age Zoom was running rampant thinking he was Barry? Max was doing acrobatics across an unfinished building at superspeed. He's a teacher of speedster, so he knows how to take them down. Also, wasn't he the one that taught Wally how to steal speed from things? Can't he just do that to Quicksilver?

Gonna hold my judgement until we see how much Quicksilver's powers have been boosted since he got them back.

If this is Ultimate Quicksilver then he might win

But Earth-616 Quicksilver loses horibliy.

This might be Mach 20 + and what makes you say Quicksilver in the picture was at his base level.

@major_hellstorm: normally I would agree but when it comes from the horse's mouth I'd believe it more as for feats I can remember 616 QS dodge thor's lightning at point blank range casually [thor did catch QS but he was distracted] 616 QS also ran from America 2 latveria in fact he was right at dooms door step and ult QS ran from America 2 Africa [and back] before some shield agents could even say a full sentence plus he was carrying parts of cerebro, dodge ult thor's lightning and atomized a mach 10 speedster with 0 effort so by feats yeah ult QS is way a head of 616 QS

Max can run light speed, I suppose QS can too if he tried hard enough but Max has speed force on his side

At this point probably pietro, Max has only ever been successful at being the slowest of the flash family speedsters. He’s made it beyond lightspeed but that BFR’d him to a different time so I’d say lightspeed is his max “pun intended” while pietro as of no surrender can run comfortably ftl without a bfr
