Jay isn't wally or barry when it comes to speed steal and quicksilver is at his best in this battle so he may have a chance to stalemate but more than likely jay wins..

How fast is jay QS has been pretty impressive recently outside of speed steal quicksilver might have a chance to win

Jay Garrick can run at speeds close to the speed of light where as petro can only go at Mach 5 . Conclusion jay Garrick kicks quicksilvers ass

QS can go waaay faster than mach 5. Not close to the speed of light but thousands of machs easily

Jay wins easily but Pietro is well faster than mach 5

Did you read what I said? You see a possibility of QS stalemating and I don't. You mentioned Wally and Barry and I mentioned that Jay didn't have to be either to win this battle in a fashion akin to the other two. Many people as you can see still see this as one sided.

@willpayton: the writer had no idea what he was talking, the next pages in that issue actually Debunks itself. QS took over a minute to cover half of earth....which isn't anywhere near being ftl....lol out of context scan at it's finest.

None of those scans say anything about either being faster-than-light or running through time.

@blackpantherisboss: Pietro can actually go EASILY mach 15 and Jay doesnt have the same level of speed-steal in Barry. Due to the terrigen mist Quicksilver can go at FTL and travel through time =P

My boy Jay Garrick. Some people argue that Quicksilver wins vs any DC speedster because his powers work without connection to such things as the Speed Force, meaning if he went to DC Earth he'd still be fast. However one could argue that DC doesn't have Terrigen Mists, so yeah, he'd be as useless in DC (if he hadn't already reacted to Terrigen Mists) as DC speedsters would be in the Marvel universe. Having said all this, there is the argument that classic Jay Garrick isn't actually connected to the Speed Force as per his original origins, and if we were going of his New 52 origins, the speed force still isn't necessary for him to get powers (they come directly from Mercury, in an epic fashion). I'd recommend watching Nerdsync's 'Head Cannon' video on Youtube about how he thinks DC characters are presented to be more powerful than Marvel characters.

Jay Garrick may not be Barry or Wally in terms of speed but is easily much faster than Quicksilver.
