Quicksilver vs. Havok vs. Storm. vs. Banshee vs. Magneto

Alright, here's the deal. Quicksilver, Havok, Storm, Banshee, and Magneto are all feeling humanitarian this weekend. They decide to enter a relay race for charity.
 
They all have to put on a pair of rollerskates, and race to the top of a mountain. It's basically a giant mountain with a corkscrew road that runs all the way up it, uphill obviously. It's not really paved that well either. Jesus.
 
Now, the rules are that they can use their powers, but they cannot leave the ground, or hurt each other. It's just a race. So Quicksilver will most likely be rollerskating as fast as he can, Havok will have to use his energy blasts to propel himself, Storm will probably be using wind currents to push her, Magneto will be using magnetism to spin his wheels, etc. You get the idea.
 
So, using their powers, who gets to the top first? Speed and control are key here. Remember, it's a windy uphill bumpy road. On rollerskates. What place does everyone else finish in.
 
PS: Cannonball was originally enrolled in the contest, but as soon as he started practicing, the rollerskates exploded under his body. It was humiliating.

Havok can propel himself into the air with a ton of speed... you don't think he can use hundreds of micro blasts to fine-tune his way up the hill quickly?

I actually don't think Quicksilver makes this.
 
Why?
 
Think about this. Storm, Banshee, Magneto... they can control forces in any direction. Meaning they can be zipping through the air then completely 180 spin at any time and keep moving. Quicksilver, if he races his legs as fast as he can on rollerskates... how is he going to avoid flying right off the edge of the road, and off the mountain? Storm can use wind to push against her body to guide herself around tight turns, but Quicksilver's momentum is acting in basically one direction.

For what it's worth, I think it goes like this.
 
1. Banshee
2. Magneto
3. Quicksilver
4. Storm
5. Havok

I think it would go 
 
1. Quicksilver 
2. Banshee 
3. Magneto 
4. Storm 
5. Havok-  Havok drops out of the race after propelling himself off course. He eventually came to a stop similar to Sonny Bono.
