Captain America personally trained Quicksilver in H2H, and fought alongside him numerous times. I think that Captain America has the strategic wherewithal to estimate the method quick Quicksilver would use, and one mistake of Quicksilver running face-first into that shield, and he'd be down for the count. I say Cap.

Possibly, yeah. Quicksilver may win by just raining down punches from all angles, but I like to use the imagination in match-ups so it's not so one-sided.

Quicksilver loses to Electro, a guy who flat out wears a yellow mask shaped like several lightning bolts and in doing so sets an all time low for jobbing speedsters.

Of course, that low had previously been set when Quicksilver lost to Bishop...

Which version of Quicksilver?

Bullet speed Quicksilver would lose even if he was not a complete failure.

Terrigen Quicksilver would probably confuse Captain America at first, but Rogers would still pull a win.

Supersonic Quicksilver could pull a win but as previously mentioned, his CIS ultimately gets the better of him.

Quicksilver should win, BUT Cap did take out the Whizzer from the Microverse mid-escape, by taking a second to calculate the trajectory of the shield-slinging.
Aiming at where the speedster WILL be not where he is.

2 possibilities really: QS speed blitzes and lays Cap down for the count or. QS trys to play games and doesnt see the white,red and blue discus coming from behind him.

Same thing when they put Batman in a fight with Spiderman. My favorite quote is when people say, "Batman is just a normal human, he can't hold a candle to Spider-Man."

Yeah, just a normal human who can benchpress 1,000 lbs, can run a mile in 3 minutes, and has beaten superhumans to a pulp numerous times before.

Whenever you see people say "spite" or "mismatch" when it clearly isn't, it's because their fanboy wankery gets in the way of them being reasonable and clear thinking. People ignore their common sense a lot of the time when posting, or have none whatsoever.
