Quicksilver vs Avengers (Movies)

A wild hypothetical battle just appeared in my mind.

Quicksilver vs Avengers

Quicksilver is blood-lusted and has a light weight adamantium sword.

Avengers are in character.

Fight is in New York

QS has 5 minutes to prepare.

With the sword, I can see QS taking a good chunk of them down.

Thor solos with lightning.

Would he be able to tag him?

None of the avengers from movies can react to QS. Quicksilver wins almost easily.

Quicksilver. Stomp.

black widow feigns helplessness then tases him rest of the avengers stomp him out .

QS can't beat Iron Man. He can't fly and has no ranged attacks.

Avengers, a lightweight adamantuim sword isn't going to put down Thor, Hulk.

@mrnoital: this is true , but if you look at it from a psychological perspective whatever made him bloodlusted/snapped will trigger suppressed feelings most likely from his father being absent from his life , the only two people who have cared and loved him being his sister and mother . if he is attacking his opponents with such fury he will vent on the one thing that messed with his head, a male with an over inflated ego. he will project all the traits and characteristics of what he sees as an individual who would walk away from responsibility as big as raising children, ergo a jerk(cocky,reckless, etc)

if black widow was to feign her helplessness and breakdown in an emotional state, it should (hypothetically speaking) snap him out of it , as he would have developed a soft spot for a female in distress .he would play into it , not knowing of widow's deception therefore playing right into her hands .and his eventual defeat .

Assuming adamantium can break the hulks skin, QS wins. Unless the avengers are given a substantial distance, they all die instantly. Noone on this list can react to QS quickly enough to evade the sword.

EDIT: Also, 5 mins prep for what? For him to decide to run very fast at them?

To figure out how and in which order he'll take them out, and to practice with a sword a little bit. 5 minutes to him would be like more than a week to us

@mortein: In all honesty, neither the order, nor the practice matter at all. Either the sword can kill Hulk and Thor, or it can't. I have zero sword skills, but i would know to thrust it as hard as i could at the person who has no way to maneuver out of the way, before I strike him/her numerous times. I'm just nitpicking though, don't mind me.

Matter of fact, after he takes out the avengers, he takes you out for making him stand there for 5 mins haha.

Aside from Hulk and Thor - yes. He could probably solo SHIELD in that time too.

Well, movie adamantium never impressed me. I don't see it cutting Thor, honestly. Whereas Thor can do AoE lightning attacks (which will tag QS, unless he's faster than lightning).

He can't do anything against Iron Man, Hulk, and Thor.

Quicksilver uses his super speed to kill them all with his adamantium sword, except Black Widow because he removes her clothes and impregnates her. All of this happens in less than a second.

The Avengers

Quicksilver ne diff. He blitzes all of them in 1/100th of a second

Quicksilver is too quick

I calculated Quicksilver to be Mach 20 to 50 easily

From an inertial frame of Mach 40 or so he's a blur, he can go at speeds at over 100 times the speed of sound easily

One second to him is over two hours to us, five minutes is basically 27 days to him. Even if he were the dumbest mofo on the planet, he'd still figure out how to win. He's unaffected by brute force so Hulk or Thor's punches wouldn't do a thing.

Cap, Widow, Tony and Clint are all roadkill in less than 0.01 seconds. Thor dies via speedblitz, a mere tap of the finger from Pietro was powerful enough to send a guy flying. Let's say he does two punches per Quicksilver second, he can punch Thor 18,000 times in a single real second

Same for Hulk

Avengers stand no chance, DoFP Pietro is to movies what Wally West is to comics

Stalemate. He'd never hurt them and they'd never touch him. And he's never proven to be fast enough to make his punches hurt more

Quicksilver takes this nine out of ten times.

Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow are would die in 0.0001 seconds. Going by the feats he has, movie Hulk's durability wouldn't prevent a sword from piercing him; although his healing factor may be powerful enough so that it wouldn't kill him.

As for the rest of them, how easily he defeats them depends on whether they are flying or not when the battle starts. If they aren't, he kills them easily. If they are, Thor (assuming he can even see Peter, which is debatable) would probably try to hit him with his hammer, which Quicksilver would avoid and stab him for his effort.

Iron Man could possibly be the most trouble for him, seeing as his fighting style is to hover out of reach and blast the guy. Quicksilver could easily dodge the repulsers and missiles heading his way, and then finds some rocks to throw at super-speed toward Stark, taking down the suit.

Can he even hurt Iron Man, Thor or Hulk?

Whether he can hurt thor and hulk depends on the sword

if that is so then why is he in the new avenger movie ??/.. why does he even need avengers with him to fight ultron? couldn't he have stopped the future sentinels?

He didn't stop future sentinels because of the plot, nothing else. Because of plot he had tiny screen time, otherwise the movie would be over in 5 minutes

Quicksilver, no one is anywhere near fast enough to stop him. Abomination's spike cut Hulk so I think the blade will do the trick, coupled with the speed of course. I don't remember what piercing damage Thor stood up to however...

Quicksilver can't even harm Thor, IM, or Hulk so Avengers win eventually.

IM and Thor can fly. So they can't be touched here, and thor can tag him with some AOE lightning or by throwing Mjolnir at the ground to send a shockwave through it.

Quicksilver kills them before they get off the ground.
