There really is no point to putting an all out duel as the second round. It's a stomp and it's not even debatable. First round I'd give it to Jinn in a slim majority.
Jinn takes sabers, and honestly unless Satele decides to let loose her power he takes all out as well. Only thing that puts Satele's victory in question in the second round are her Jedi morals.
First foul ball in the thread...

@luckystrike: It's weird how you think anyone who disagrees with you is either a fanboy or lowballer.
Round 1. Could go either way, but if i had to choose, i would probably go with qui gon.
Round 2. Oh yea, Satele.
@darkdefender: Satele has never fought Deceived Malgus, though, so your point is moot since Malgus also improved.
r1 I back Jinn. More physical prowess without the force (based on age, size etc.) and Satele hasn't shown a necessarily incredible amount of skill with a saber (though she's no push over) relying more on Force based attacks, r2 Satele blows Jinn away.
Round 1: Either way. Jinn humbling Anoon Bondara and being considered one of the most skilled Jedi in the Order, places him above her in skill. Maul is a more skilled opponent than Return Malgus or Hope Malgus, and there isn't much to suggest she got much better after those showings. The skill gap isn't huge but Jinn's accolades, and showing against Maul are greater evidence of his superior skill to me at least
There isn't a discussion on who wins all out or force though, and given their proximity in skill I doubt he'd even take a round in all out
Jinn both rounds. He's noticeably superior with the blade and the minor force pushes she does in her fights won't be taking Jinn down.
Her minor "minor" force pushes crush droids that can repel missiles, tank blaster bolts, and tank entire arsenals from mercenaries/ force lightning/lava. She'd implode Jinn with the wave of her hand in an all out fight
I'd say Jinn all rounds. We haven't really seen his full force capabilities, everything he does seems to be with casual ease, demonstrating a great level of mastery. The problem is, the things he has done aren't high tier feats in regards to the force. Still, I don't think it's fair to assume that he'd lose to anyone who's remotely powerful.
Jinn is the better duelist unquestionably, imo.
All-Out is debatable, but I'd back Qui-Gon.
Qui-Gon's feats and accolades are better. He'd win the first round through any metric other than scaling from Force powers, but that becomes entirely guesswork.
With the Force, though, Satele should win. Her Force feats are on an entire order of magnitude (or two) above Qui-Gon's. I see her taking him down with the Force faster than him taking her down in blade-to-blade combat.
