@allstarsuperman: What are Bloodshot's best reaction feats, without amps or anything of that matter?

I'll admit I don't know much about him but from what seems to be the case he doesn't appear to have speed feats that impressive. Of course, since it is 300ft. there is quite a distance, although "random city streets" does imply they are in the same street, correct?

Because Qui-Gon has fought invisibly fast, moved at blurring speeds, generated blurring barriers out of his blade, etc.
