I think Dock Ock will win.

I say Pyro. I ask: how can Doc Ock protect himself if Pyro engulfs him in fire?

I think Ock can ko pyro before he gets any chance to go on the offensive.  He still needs an open flame right? Or has he been changed a bit recently?

Unless Doc Ock has a way to protect himself from Pyro's flame, I think he would lose. Pyro's has the range advantage, can attack quickly and his flames can be made solid and be as intense as he likes ( i.e. - a flaming hand holding Doc Ock in place while he is being horrificly incinerated). 

Now, that I think about it. I don't see how the Doc will shield himself from the flame of Pyro.

Doc Ock arms are conductors. Plus they are starting from 100 feet away. All Pyro has to do is just do a Pyro-yoga flame Hadooken right from the start.

I vote for Ock. He can dodge those flames and take out Pyro's flame jets (or w/e). No fire = useless Pyro.
