Goku and Boba Fett seem like OK guys, so their shouldn't be any real in fighting. My team of villains isn't going to waste any time squabbling. Captain Cold has always been very professional working with The Rouges. Also Naga is a very intelligent/shrewd Sith Lord. He'll have no problem using working with this team. Also his force corruption powers should allow him to assume command pretty easily.
Mental Hemlets & Soul Stones are a non factor since your team has none of these powers.

Naga is going to stay next to Cold, and start pumping in illusions ASAP. His illusions have worked on force users before, so will see what defense/counter you come up. He'll use the illusions to mask our team's location and create confusion amongst your team. It will be difficult to locate us, plus creating illusions like giant monsters will make your team a bit hesitant to attack or blitz and attack the illusions and waste time and energy.
Now I know what you are thinking: "What the heck I've got the Mental Helmets Perk man!!" Well if you actually look at the rules this is what it says the Mental Helmets Perk does:
So the mental helmets are only going to protect you from mind rape/mind assault type moves. What I am doing is casting an illusion.
Illusion
Considering the fact that Naga is a master of Force Illusions it will be interesting what you come up with for a counter to this since I'm pretty sure Boba Fett nor Goku has any TP defense on this level(or at all really).
As that is going on, Electro will fly up above the clouds and rain down AOE electrical attacks on the forest. This is another tactic to prevent the blitz and frustrate and confuse your team. If Goku beats up Electro(you'll have to prove it first of course). That's fine honestly. He would have served his purpose of slowing you guys down.
Meanwhile Captain Cold with Naga right next to him will raise up his cold field. His field is invisible and there is a center of protection in the middle of it. Cold will just tell Naga to stay close so they will be safe. You're team has no idea about the cold field and it's powerful enough to slow down the Flashes, so it will be interesting as to what you do to try and get past it.

I see your team being confused by the illusions, Electro slowing down their initial attack, and your team being so confused they walk/fly/speed blitz right into that Cold Field and freeze to death.
