Punisher(Marvel)VS Huntress(DC)

You mean four fights, right?  And is each match to the death or KO? 
 
Anyways, I'm only going on the little I read on her during Battle for The Cowl, and her CV page.  So mind giving me any feats showing her martial arts skill, marksmanship, bladed combat, and so on so I can make an informed decision?

Hand to hand, Huntress wins every time. She was able to survive and land a blow on Lady Shiva. She's been trained by Batman and Black Canary.

In that case, I'll give the H2H ones to her, but unless proven wrong, I'm giving the Weapons/Skills/Abilities to Frank.  He's one of the deadliest marksmen in comics history, and a master of prep almost rivaling that of Batman.  Plus, he's got extensive knowledge of grenades, explosives, tazers, and so on.  And if I remember correctly, he knows his way around a knife.

Didn't pay the attention to the date when I was looking through Punisher battle threads.

Fight 1: Huntress:  Winner    
Punishers may have been great but he's getting old. I don't know how they can justify how he does what he does but it has been said that Punisher is the only character who has aged naturally. I mean come on the Vietnam war was forever ago.

Fight 2: I shouldn't even have to say this. Punisher 

Fight 3: Huntress:  Winner
Although faring a little better because he is more willing to kill Huntress for standing in his way of his job he would still lose.

Fight 4: Can't believe your going to make say it again: Punisher

Frank wins all except 3

Punisher 4/4.

Frank Castle wins all 4 rounds. He's more violent, more pain tolerant and usually more prepped up for a fight.

When it comes to the Punisher you really have to be more specific than morals on or off. 
 
Fight 1: Pure hand to hand, and no prep or morals. 
Huntress. Haven't seen anything impressive from Frank with H2H
 
Fight 2: All weapons, skills and abilities, and no prep or morals.                     
Punisher. His .45 is superior to her crossbow. My opinion obviously.

With Prep Huntress gets training from any one of the great DC fighters at her disposal. Frank doesn't have that many friends

Probably Frank here. He is a preparation master.

The Punisher hands down. Though I don't know much about the Huntress I do know that there were two series in where the punisher took down the took down the marvel universe. I don't think DC had anything like that with the Huntress. Plus, all i see the huntress having is a crossbow (though again I don't know much about her, only what I saw on Justice league unlimited), the Punisher has a van full of modern,sci fi, and archaic weapons. Even if the punisher is taken unprepared, he is always carrying a 45 (rate of fire greater than a crossbow)and a big pointy knife.
