who will win

spiderman his spidersense would make him hard to hit and hes to agile and fast. besides his webbing could seriously mess up any guns and could cover punishers face.

punisher is still really cool though.

yeah thats part of his appeal. and his attitude to kill bad guys more often than not

Spiderman has already been killed by punisher in an alternate universe though he did get a good set of hits in and almost killed Castle.

it depends cause normally spidey wouldn't want to kill but if he wanted punisher death,he would be able to break punisher blood
