How likely is that though? We're talking about a guy who dodges bullets from machine guns at virtually pointblank range. So yeah, bye bye Punisher. LoL.
Spidey has been tagged by hunters before with prep time. I mean look what Kraven did to him. The only difference is The Punisher will actually shoot him in the face, and not drug him.

Not really. Spider-Man started out around the 10 ton range, and is now up around 15 or 20 tons. I don't think Kraven has ever passed the 2 ton range. Speed is pretty much the same story. Shonen said:

Yeah, I forgot about that timeline. Might have just been PIS though. Punisher is good, but I can't realistically see him defeating every hero in the Marvel U.
