Punisher vs Snake Plissken

Fight takes place in LA (snake's world).  No morals, no prep, both have access to the same standard military weaponry and the same type of body armor and both have combat knives. 

I believe Frank. He's got great impromptu skills and methinks more innovative and stuff. Plus, he fought in Vietnam. And more of special training.

Snake is badass but Punisher is badasser. Snake goes down and then the Punisher methodically takes out L.A. 

" Snake is very cool, but he can't handle Frank.  Punisher wins. "

Plissken is most definately cooler (and that's saying a lot) and I'd say he's also physically superior to Punisher, but in skill, marksmanship, and will, Punisher takes it.

But as I said, Plissken is cooler.
